Sarah Livingstone is the founder, owner, and CEO of ARE U Motivated, a company dedicated to mental health education and burnout awareness. With over a decade of experience in social work, Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University, specializing in management and leadership, along with a Graduate Level certification in Human Services Management. She has dedicated her career to supporting diverse populations, including veterans, unemployed individuals, people with disabilities, and school communities, and has presented her work at prominent institutions like the University of Florida DIAL Center, Rutgers University’s TRIO Program, and Santa Fe College Student Affairs.
Drawing from her personal journey with mental health, Sarah approaches her work with empathy and insight, fostering mental health awareness with a unique perspective that combines professional expertise and lived experience. This foundation shapes her APH Talks, a training program grounded in social work principles that empower employees to improve their mental health by learning ways to prevent burnout, or intervene once they realize they have signs and symptoms of burnout.
