Sarah Livingstone is the founder, owner, and CEO of ARE U Motivated, a company dedicated to burnout prevention and intervention awareness.

With over a decade of experience in social work, Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University, specializing in management and leadership, along with a Graduate Level certification in Human Services Management.

In 2022, Sarah began focused studies on burnout education.

She has worked with prominent institutions like the University of Florida and Santa Fe College. In April, 2025, Sarah led a training at the Greater Gainesville Chamber of Commerce.

Sarah equips employees with essential information and advice for  burnout prevention implementation.
